The main cause of acne is taking unlimited dairy foods on diet. I have analyzed that, who takes unlimited dairy products and use low ingredient skin care product, they are the sufferer from acne. I always recommend friendly that everybody should take the limited dairy product on diet and use high ingredient skin care products to prevent acne. Thanks again Ms. Jacine
